Favorite Hair Care Products of 2018

Trying various hair and beauty products can easily become an expensive habit. One I’m not eager to develop. When I purchase a hair care or beauty product. I try to finish or give it away (if unable to return it immediately follow discontent) before purchasing another. Once I find a product that I love I tend to be loyal to it. This year my loyalty has been devoted to a few hair care products.

The first is Cantu’s Shea Butter leave-in conditioner. I started off using Cantu’s hair care products 3 years ago when I did the big chop embarking on my natural hair journey. I found their products to be the most reasonably priced. Their products, especially their twisting cream, did leave a white residue in my hair so I eventually purchased different items that will later be mentioned. But the leave-in conditioner hasn’t been replaced. I love the consistency of it and how well it dries leaving my hair soft and manageable.

Another product I’ve recently come to love is TGIN (Thank God It’s Natural) Moisture Rich Shampoo and Honey Miracle hair Mask. These two products are haven sent. As soon as they make contact with my hair strands, it immediately changes the texture, loosening my coils making it easier to detangle. The shampoo doesn’t strip my hair of its natural oils but cleanse my scalp of buildup. The deep conditioner is my favorite hair care product. It is pricey but worth it.

The last products I want to share are Curls Crème Brule whipping curl cream (moisturizer) and Curls Blueberry Bliss twist-n-Shout cream. Both of them smell so good and do as promised. They don’t leave any white residue once dry and add shine while soften the hair strands.

These hair care products some up my favorite finds of the 2018. Looking forward to new favorites this year.

Great expectations in 2019,

Alisia
